Do my drivers need to install an app?

Yes — the FleetMS driver app is how drivers receive and run jobs: dispatch, accept, navigate, log expenses, mark done. It's a small Android install (iOS rolling out next), signed in with phone + PIN.

How long does setup take?

Importing vehicles and drivers from a CSV takes about 20 minutes, and a typical fleet is fully live within two weeks.

Does FleetMS work for HVAC and field-service teams?

Yes — the dispatch model is the same. It fits chauffeur, HVAC, last-mile, and small-cargo operations.

What about real-time GPS?

Live GPS is rolling out through Q3 2026. The other five modules are stable today.

How is FleetMS priced?
