Asked often.

Do my drivers need to install an app?

No. Dispatch goes out as a WhatsApp message; drivers reply in the chat they already use. There's an optional driver app for live ETA and proof-of-delivery, but it isn't required.

How long does setup take?

Most operators are running their full fleet in under two weeks. Importing vehicles and drivers from a CSV takes about 20 minutes.

Does FleetMS work for HVAC and field-service teams?

Yes. The dispatch model is the same. We have customers in chauffeur, HVAC, last-mile, and small-cargo logistics.

What about real-time GPS?

Live GPS is rolling out through Q3 2026. The other five modules are stable today.

How is FleetMS priced?

Per active vehicle, per month. No per-driver charge, no setup fee. SMB operators typically pay between RM 35–55 per vehicle.
